The Importance of Continuous Engineering Supervision in Residential Projects
Engineering supervision is often viewed as a routine procedure, but in reality it's one of the most decisive factors in a residential project's success — both in terms of quality and adherence to schedule and budget.
Since our company was founded in 2005, we've followed an approach built on daily on-site follow-up at every construction site, from the structural phase through to final handover of the residential unit to the client.
This approach allows us to catch any deviation from the engineering drawings early, and correct it before it turns into a larger issue requiring additional time and cost to resolve.
Continuous supervision also ensures that the materials actually used on site match the specifications agreed in the contract — something especially critical in super-deluxe finishing projects, which demand a high level of precision in every detail.
We believe the trust our clients place in us is built on transparency and consistent follow-up, which is why rigorous engineering supervision will always remain one of the core pillars of how we work.
