This residential project was developed on a plot located west of University Street, in a location that combines quiet surroundings with proximity to the essential services and amenities that characterize the university district. The project was designed to include residential apartments of 150 square meters each, with three apartments per floor, achieving an ideal balance between privacy and thoughtfully planned residential density. Albayina Housing carried out the full structural construction of this project to the highest technical and engineering specifications, from excavation and foundation work through to the complete structural frame, with continuous engineering supervision to ensure every phase matched the approved drawings and structural safety standards. We also gave careful attention to a practical internal layout for each unit, maximizing usable space efficiently while ensuring good natural lighting and proper ventilation throughout every room.
