This residential project is located in a prime spot near the Al Iskan traffic signal, one of the most active locations in terms of accessibility and proximity to main roads and public services. The project was designed with spacious residential apartments of 160 square meters each, with only two apartments per floor — a layout that grants residents a higher level of privacy and more generous living space compared to higher-density conventional projects. Albayina Housing carried out the complete structural construction of this project, using high-quality building materials and precise execution methods that ensure the long-term durability of the structural frame.
