Albayina executed a private housing project for Mr. Hisham Al-Halabi, located in Al-Rahabat Al-Wardiya, one of the area's quiet, upscale residential neighborhoods. The project was designed with two apartments per floor, giving residents a good level of privacy compared to higher-density developments. Albayina's engineering teams carried out the complete structural construction of this project, from the foundations through to the completion of the structural frame, maintaining full adherence to the agreed technical specifications and continuous coordination with the owner throughout the execution period.
