This project is among the private commissions carried out by Albayina for Mr. Muntasir Al-Hadhod, located west of Petra Street. The project consists of residential apartments of 160 square meters each, with two apartments per floor — a layout that gives each family a spacious living area and a high degree of privacy. Albayina's engineering teams supervised every phase of the structural construction for this project, from precise structural planning through to the completion of the full frame, maintaining strict adherence to the technical specifications agreed with the owner and ensuring continuous communication with him to track progress step by step.
